What can I expect?
I will work with you to develop a personalized training plan that works for you and your cat.
What is video review, and how is it valuable?
In video review, you share short video clips (3 minutes or less) and I provide feedback on what I'm seeing.
You can share multiple videos, as long as the total time is reasonable.
It's helpful to see how the cat responds to our behavior modification and enrichment strategies, so we can determine next steps.
I DO NOT want to see any videos involving aggressive behavior or cats in distress!
We can work through those cases without putting anyone at risk or practicing undesired behavior.
All sessions include looking at videos together during the session.
Consultations that indicate video review & feedback are included means
I'm spending time outside of the session looking over videos and making detailed notes.
Are the monthly live Zoom calls recorded?
No. I want everyone to feel comfortable sharing where they're at in their journey,
without having to worry about what they look like on screen.

How long does it take?
Some issues are relatively straightforward and can be resolved with only a few sessions.
More complex issues and long-standing behavior patterns take longer.
Cat introductions are highly variable. Most take 3-6 months, but they can range from a few weeks to over a year.
In most cases, you will start seeing small improvements right away!
Realistically, it may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to get the results you want.
How long do the services last?
Follow-ups are typically spaced 2-4 weeks apart, depending on your schedule and progress.
If you purchase additional sessions, they are good for one year from the date of purchase.
Regular email check-ins continue up through our last session.
Monthly Subscriptions grant you access to the private Facebook Group
and the monthly live support calls as long as your subscription is active.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Each cat is an individual. I cannot guarantee how your cat will respond.
What I can promise is that I will do the best I can to meet you where you’re at and find a solution that works for everyone.
If my services aren’t the right fit, I will gladly refer you to another qualified professional.
